Experimental Courses (a.k.a. Special Topics Courses) are new and innovative course topics faculty create with the intention for them to become permanent courses.

Important Notes:Experimental Courses DO NOT count towards GER requirements and may not count towards students' degree plans. Most often these courses count towards a free elective. Students need to check with their advisers BEFORE assuming the course(s) will count.
