Mentor/School-based Teacher Educator:
" When preparing for the role of school-based teacher educator, I had the opportunity to revisit best teaching and mentoring practices and reflect on them. Additionally, the new supervisory and leadership skills I gained became part of my professional repertoire as I prepare prospective clinical teachers."

Clinical Teacher:
" There are many teachers who are excellent in the classroom. However, teaching future teachers is far different from teaching children. The training I received for the job of coaching first-year teachers has been invaluable."
" I’m not the same person. The preparation program has made me a better teacher, and a much more effective supervisor and mentor."

Clinical Instructor:
" I have enjoyed the role of clinical instructor. It has given me insights into teacher education. For example, I enjoy offering the students specific things to observe and reflect on so that they begin to recognize what effective teaching is and what qualities and skills are required to be a competent teacher."
