As the Project Representative for the Gateway to Educational Materials (GEM) Project, Carrie Lowe is responsible for creating relationships with new collection holders and maintaining relationships with current ones. Lowe is also a column editor for and regular contributor to The Big6 Newsletter: Teaching Information and Technology Skills in Context. Lowe earned her B. S. in Secondary Education and English at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and her MLS at Syracuse University. She has worked in a variety of library and instructional settings.
