About the Author

Dr. Clement S. Oni was born at Emure-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. In 1994 he earned a Ph.D. (Vocational Technical Education) from the University of Akron at Akron, Ohio, U.S.A. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Continuing Education, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria where he has been lecturing since 1988.
