DREAMS ...DREAMS...DREAMS...WHAT WILL BECOME OF OUR DREAMS?

As you will see, children everywhere dream similar dreams. Everyone wants peace, non-violence and more. Read what children have to say all over the world. Find a adult to share these dreams with and maybe one more person will hear what needs to be heard.

Dreams from Poland

My name is Mateusz (Matthew) Jasny. My e-mail adress is MTJasny@zeto.czest.pl
I live in a small city , called Pajeczno. It is near Czestochowa (about 50 km) and 300 km from Warsaw.
I am going to secondary High-School in Czestochowa. I am in second class (I am 16 years old).
Once, I had dream about me and friends of mine. It was in 21st century.
There was only one country (I think it was a federation of all old countries) in the world.

We were happy. There was no hunger. All people were funny and good.

But, suddenly
Dark clouds came and ................
The whole world disappeared.
That was a nightmare!

Dreams from Romania

Hello. My name is Stoian Valentin.I live in Bucharest, Romania. I'm 11 years old.
My school is School 132 and I'm in the fifth form.
Like everyone, I have a dream. My dream is to be an astronaut.
In my country we have a famous astronaut, Dumitru Prunariu.
I want to be an astronaut because I want to explore space. I'd like to be the first man on Jupiter, and why not to contact aliens?
My e-mail adress is: cstoian@pcnet.pcnet.ro.

Dreams from Finland

I have a dream, too

I have always wanted to live in the country, where I would have a farm of my own with horses and dogs. My children would live there happily and healthily.I would teach my children to ride. I want to be working somewhere where I could help people who have problems. I also dream that I could travel to many interesting countries and see different people. Well, this is my dream.

I have a dream, too!

My dream is that everyone could live in a peaceful and loving world, where is no violence, no guns, no hate and no wars. I really hope that every child could have a real loving family and I think that everyone has a right to live in his own home, eat real food and have a good reason to start a new day. Today it is hard to see how people suffer when they have no food to eat and no water to drink, children are thin and they have dangerous deceases that make them very sick. It makes me feel bad, because there is nothing I can do to help them. So if we could everyone do something to make people in poor countries feel better, maybe somewhere in the future we could live in peace, that's my biggest dream and maybe it will come true some day...

I HAVE A DREAM, TOO!

I don't really know what is the best dream that I have...maybe I want to go or move abroad. Somewhere where it is warm and the sun is shining, where I can find big mountains, friendly and nice people, who haven't got a lot of troubles. My dream would be to be able to go to beach and swim in a sea. There would be little, nice restaurants with very good food, people would eat and talk with each other. I think this is my dream...

I have a dream, too!

My dream is that all children in this planet could have real loving homes already before even born and everyone would have the same good start in life, for example if you were born different than other people you would be treated equally with everybody else. It's hard to see when little children have to suffer in bad conditions all over the world, they have no food to eat, no water to drink and no clothes to warm them up. They have to sleep outside and haven't any clean water to wash up and that causes very bad diseases which they can't have any medicines to, no help at all and they can be killed. I know that I can't do anything to make my dream come true by myself but if everyone can do something, even if it's a little thing, this big problem could get some kind of solution one day. This is my dream!

I HAVE A DREAM, TOO!

My dream is moving abroad, maybe to England or USA. Anyway, somewhere where I can speak English, find a lot of horses and other animals and where summers are warm. I would like to live in the country with nice, friendly people and my parents. There would be many mountains and fields with some horses. A house would be old and big, but still beautiful. A couple of times a week I would go to the village nearby and buy food, sometimes to town to buy some clothes. In the village everyone would be happy and they would not have bad problems. This is my dream and I hope that even some of this would come true.

I have a dream, too

I'm dreaming that some day everywhere in the world there would be peace and no wars.I also hope that everyone loves each other. And some day everybody everywhere would be equal and happy.
I am also dreaming that I could travel to many cuontries and many cities(Spain, America, Greece, Australia etc.) and learn to know their culture etc.
I hope that some day I would have a big house far away from big cities. In the garden I would have a lot of dogs, at least four or five.I would have a couple of horses too.My children would live happily and have rich childhood in the country with animals, fresh air and clean nature.
So, I have a dream too and I wish that it came true some day!

I have a dream, too

I have many dreams, many of them are quite big. It would be nice to be a writer, a real writer. I would love to write stories to other people and maybe that way give them some advice if they have problems which are hard to solve . It is nice to know that you can make someone happy. I would write about the problems which are touching all people around the world; protection of nature and animals and helping the poor.
I am also dreaming about a cottage near the mountains, where I could go to on my holidays. In winter I could ski and in summer just walk around and watch the beautiful nature. There would be a lake where I could swim and go for picnics.

I Have a Dream, Too!

The main thing is peace. But anyway, I become angry when people speak about animals like this: "They are just stupid living creatures", and when people use (yes, they just use) them wrong.
But, remember, I don't mean all of us. All around the world there are people who love animals as much as I do.
So, my Dream is this:
We should all think of each other, not just ourselves! And think of animals and their Dreams!
After that the world can be nearly perfect.

I Have a Dream, Too!

I'd like peace everywhere in the world. I hate animal killers, because I love animals very much and they are equal to people. I want to save animals and nature. My dream is to move abroad and speak languages as many as possible and work with animals. And I want many dogs and horses, friends and health so that I can go riding, swimming, running, dancing and doing as much as posssible. I hate war, because it's useless and stupid.

I have a dream, too!

My life is and it has always been normal. But I know there are many humans that need my help......OUR help. Maybe you could think someday what to spend your money for. Could you give even a little bit money for the poor children of the world? Or you can just spend your money for nothing like, candies. Think before you spend your money. This is my dream.

I Have A New Dream!

By : Jarred Sutton

I have a dream, that one day parents will be able to let their children play on the sidewalk without the threat of violence haunting their hearts and their children's hearts.
I have a dream, that parents will allow their children to play with children of all races.
I have a dream, that teachers will be fair to every child despite their race their family and their literacy.
I have a dream, that children will get along with each other despite the burning feuds between their families.
I have a dream, that all violence will come to an end.
I have a dream, that no person shall hate one one another because of their looks, the color of their skin, their personality, or their family.
I have a dream, that all my dreams of world peace will come true.
