It's a Monu-MENTAL Idea!

Join us for a Monu-MENTAL trek through history. Students use their MENTAL skills to select a  historical monument, building, park, or landmark and research its special heritage.  Why was it built?  What historical event does it commemorate?   How is it used today?  (Curriculum Connections: interdisciplinary, history/social studies, language arts, math, science. See Teaching Ideas)
