Annie Louise Lassiter

 

"The Toni Christine Memorial Scholarship was established to preserve the memory of Toni Christine Masini as a young woman with exceptional leadership skills and a 'Commitment to Excellence' through God, family, friends, academics and music. 
The 2012-2013 recipient of this $4,000 scholarship is  Annie Louise Lassiter, a senior majoring in Applied Nutrition. Annie was born in Greenville, North Carolina and currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her parents, Jacob and Wendi Lassiter, and two siblings, Hillary and Evelyn. Her high school days were spent at Sanderson High School in Raleigh where she played the clarinet in various ensembles. As a NCSU student, Annie plays in the Power Sound of the South Marching Band and Wind Ensemble. She has been a member of the Concert band and Winterguard as well. Her hobbies include baking and cooking for family and friends.
