Downloadable MS Word Templates
The following files are Microsoft Word for Windows (version 6.0 and later) document template files. They should be downloaded into the directory where your other Word templates are located. This directory is usually called C:\WINWORD\TEMPLATES or C:\WINWORD. (If you have trouble locating your template directory, contact your LAN Tech.). Once placed in the template directory, you use the template by selecting FILE, NEW from the task bar, and then selecting the template by name.

To use the forms, open the appropriate form. Fill in the requested information. Print the form and forward to Prospect Research in the normal manner.

If you wish to save the completed forms, remember to rename the template.

Attention Wordperfect users:You do not need to know Word to complete the forms.
