Chris Ladner wins poster prize at Chemical Biology and Biotechnology Symposium

Senior graduate student in the Department of Chemistry, Chris Ladner, was one of three poster prize awardees at this year's inaugural Chemical Biology and Biotechnology Symposium at GSK, May 30th. Chris's research advisor is Dr. Gavin Williams.
The symposium featured over 70 poster presenters; 200 attendees; six talks from faculty at NC State University, UNC, and Duke; and presentations from industry representatives. The event will be hosted at a similar date next year. Many thanks to all those from the Department of Chemistry who helped with logistics, including Maria Moreno, Katie Elliott, Chris Brackett, Chris Ladner, and Rob Furlani.
