Safety Plan Help - Final Signature

When entering this page for the first time, check all the appropriate boxes. When your plan is ready to submit for final approval, click the “Sign” button.

The Final Signature Page allows the user to certify his request for review of modifications made to the Safety Plan

“Signing" your plan will send notification to the EHS Program Manager that modifications have been made to your safety plan and are ready for review and approval.  This should only be done after all necessary updates have been accomplished.
