We in the Facilities Division consider our role in supporting the university mission as a vital underpinning and a noble endeavor.

Our goal is to be the provider of choice for all facilities needs for the NC State community.

We, the NC State Facilities Team, are committed to excellence in creating and preserving a physical environment that advances the university.

Our diverse team of dedicated professionals will set the standard for quality service in creating and preserving the university physical environment. We will respond to the needs of the campus community with innovation, integrity, accountability and excellence. We will be the leading higher education facilities organization.


Compact Plan

The Facilities Division 2007-2010 Compact plan is part of the overall 2007-2010 Finance and Business Compact Plan. Facilities Division has responsibility for Goals 3 and 4.
