Engineering Building V :: NC State University

The 205,000 GSF building includes space for the relocation of the Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering and the Nuclear Engineering Departments. The building includes: office, classroom, teaching lab and research lab spaces.

A pre-submittal meeting will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in Conference Room 301 of the Administrative Services III Building at 2701 Sullivan Drive on the NC State University campus.

The closing date is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2008.

Engineering building iv :: NC State University

The 245,000 GSF building includes space for the relocation of the College's Administration and the Fitt's Industrial & Systmes Engineering Department. The building includes: office, classroom, teaching lab, resdarch lab, shop and data center spaces.

A pre-submittal meeting will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in Confrence Room 301 of the Administrative Services III Building at 2701 Sullivan Drive on the NC State University campus.

The closing date is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2008.

Broughton Hall Renovation and Addition :: NC State University

The project will include the demolition of two wings (52,000 GSF), the renovation of the remaining existing space (42,000 GSF), and the addition of intensive chemistry research lab space and building atrium (96,000 GSF). The project includes the design of an accessible pedestrian bridge and street intersection improvments.

A pre-submittal meeting will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in room 301 of the Administrative Services III Building at 2701 Sullivan Drive on the NC State University campus.

The closing date is 5:00 p.m on Thursday, October 9, 2008.

avent ferry administration center - renovation :: NC State

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2008 in the Captial Project Management Conference Room 301, Administrative Services III Building, 2701 Sullivan Drive, Raleigh, NC 27695 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment entering into the construction of Avent Ferry Administration Center - Renovation.

Bid documents are available for examination in the plan rooms of Assocated General Contractors, Reed Construction Data, McGraw Hill Construction Dodge, the offices of the Designer: Davis Kane Architects, PA. 503 Oberlin Road, Suite 300, Raleigh, NC 27605.

Complete plans and specifications for this project can be obtained from Davis Kane Architects, PA. beginning on Monday, September 8, 2008 for a deposit of $200. Partial sets of plans and specifications can be pruchased at Large and Small Graphics, 2335 Presidential Drive, Suite 111, Durham, NC 27703.

An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in Room 301 of the Administrative Services III Building at 2701 Sullivan Drive, Raleigh, NC 27695. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.

Performance contracting for nine buildings :: NC State

NCSU is accepting proposals for performance contracting work from pre-qualified contractors until 2:00 p.m. on November 17, 2008 in Room 136 of the Monteith Center, Centennial Campus, 2410 Shore Drive Raleigh, NC 27695.

This project will design and install energy conservation measures for nine campus buildings.

A mandatory pre-propsal meeting will be conducted on September 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Monteith Center in Room 136.

accessibility master plan update :: NC State University

The project willl provide an inventory and assessment of the improvement projects needed to make University buildings meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and with University-defined goals regarding universal access.

A pre-submission meeting is scheduled on September 17, at 1:30 P.M. in Conference Room 301, Administrative Services III at 2701 Sullivan Drive.

Interested firms can participate in the process by submitting a current SF 254 form and a written proposal. Firms are requested to assure receipt of proposals at the address listed by 5 p.m. September 30, 2008.
