History

Formerly the Mission Valley Motel, these upscale dormitories, which are critically located between the original and centennial campuses, were purchased by NC State in 1994. As with North Residence Hall, NC State met the challenge of converting commercial property into student dormitories. Six buildings are in the complex. Two have six-stories, one four-stories, one three-stories and two one-story. Each room has bathroom, air-conditioning, cable TV access, microfridge unit, and computer connections.
