Physical Master Plan Book


This updated version of NC State's physical master plan, A Campus of Neighborhoods and Paths represents our commitment to participatory campus planning. It was crafted by numerous members of the university community and friends of NC State.

The plan recognizes the impact that a beautiful, well-planned, academic setting has on the learning process and on the well-being of those who work, study, and visit at NC State.

The recent bond construction has put our master plan vision and Guiding Principles to the test. As a result, beautiful and functional campus spaces, both interior and exterior, have been created that support the mission of this great academic community.

The previous 2000 edition of A Campus of Neighborhoods and Paths is also available as well as the document related to the development of the 2007 Master Plan.

The Centennial Campus Precinct Development Guidelines were revised in September 2008 and are available here to download.
