The Vice Provost for International Affairs is
the leader of University International Programs,
reports to the Provost, and collaborates with
College Deans and their International Coordinators
in the internationalization of the University.
The Office of International Affairs provides
leadership, innovation, and coordination to university-wide
international programs. It oversees the Offices
of International Services - provides
services for international students and scholars,
and the Study
Abroad Office - provides NCSU students
with the opportunity to study abroad. OIA also
leads the coordination of the University
Committee on International Programs and the International
Operations Council which is developing university-wide
policies and procedures for the internationalization
of the NC State campus.
Our mandate is to promote a global perspective
into all functions of teaching, research, and
extension/ engagement and to strengthen NC State's
international presence in an ever-changing global
society.

Dr. Li is currently serving as Interim Vice
Provost for International Affairs and is Professor
of Forest Genetics and Tree Breeding in the Department
of Forestry. He has much experience in the International
arena.
Ginger Davis
Administrative Assistant
ginger_davis@ncsu.edu
Ms. Davis has efficiently managed the Office
of International Affairs since 1998. She has
worked for NC State for two decades and provides
important connectedness to the campus and community
international organizations.
