The primary mission of the Mounted Patrol
is to support the uniform patrol officers and university community
by addressing crime prevention through public education.

The mounted patrol acts as a visual reminder of police presence on campus
and a good will ambassador to the students, faculty, staff, alumnus and visitors to the NC State University.
