You should register
your bicycle with either the Campus Police, Transportation, or University
Housing (it's free of charge). The registration is a deterrent to crime
and is an aid in the identification of lost and stolen bicycles.

the Station..
The registration includes an NCSU Bicycle Decal, the engraving of the
owner's drivers license number on the frame of the bicycle, and a registration
form. It only takes a few minutes to register your bicycle.

Just click on this link and fill out all of the fields on this form and a registration
sticker will be sent to you in the mail. The information you give will
be entered into a database so that if your bike is recovered by the
police in the event of loss or theft, it will be quickly returned to
you.
