NC
State Political Science Club Presents "Candidate
Forum 2002"
What:
The North Carolina State University Political Science
Club will present its second candidate forum. These
nonpartisan events are held every two years, during
Presidential elections and mid-term elections. The forums
are true "celebrations of democracy" by young
voters, and students invite all candidates on the North
Carolina ballot to participate. The forum is designed
to provide a platform for candidates to make their cases
to the voters, give students an opportunity to meet
and speak to candidates in an informal setting, and
help college students become informed voters.
