Welcome Transfer Students!
The Office of New Student Orientation welcomes you to NC State University, a community of achievers rich in tradition and academic excellence. To assist you in becoming a part of this community, we invite you to attend a Transfer Orientation Session.
After paying your Advanced Enrollment Deposit (AED) confirming you are coming to NC State, be sure to complete the following:
- Choose one Orientation session to attend:
- Monday, June 24, 2013
- Friday, July 12, 2013
- Friday, July 26, 2013
- Review additional Orientation information that is located here on this website by following the links to the left. You will also want to print out the following:
- 2013 Transfer Orientation Packet - this packet has the most essential Orientation information. Bring this with you to Orientation.
- 2013 Orientation Parking Permit - this permit is required to be displayed in the designated parking lots during Orientation.
- Register for
Orientation by completing the online
registration form via Wolfpaw.

Orientation is mandatory for all transfer and newly matriculated degree-seeking students.
