SMART-SHOP Series (Start My Academic Rigor Today!)
All Pack Promise Scholars are invited to participate in small group workshops designed to help students enhance their academic performance. Workshops focus on academic strategies (time management, study skills, goal setting, life skills and career building, etc.) that will highlight strategies that students can incorporate into their day-to-day activities. Workshops are offered in the fall and spring semesters.

College Liaisons
The Office of Advising Support, Information and Services (OASIS) and the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA) relies on the liaisons as the main communication pathway to the faculty and staff in each college. This individual is the direct contact for the faculty and staff within the college or department and serves as the primary channel of communication with OSFA and OASIS. College liaisons also play a key role in keeping faculty and staff informed of new resources and services available to their Pack Promise Scholars.
Academic Recovery
The Office of Advising Support, Information and Services (OASIS) staff meets with each first year Pack Promise student who is on academic warning at the end of the semester. A review of the student’s academic performance generates the development of a recovery plan. Attendance at Smart Shop Workshops and meeting with an academic coach is required.
