  Address Change Procedures

ALL nonimmigrants are required to submit an address change within 10 days of a move occurs. Below are the requirements based on nonimmigrant classification.

Your local address must to be your Raleigh area/US physical address and is labeled Physical Address in MyPack Portal.

Please follow the format below when entering your address:

Street1: House# Street
Street2: Apt# (if applicable)
City: City
State: State
Zip: Zip

Example:
204 Mockingbird Lane
Apt # 105
Raleigh, NC 27695

To change your address:
  1. Log in to the MyPack Portal using your unity ID
  2. Click on Student Self Service
  3. Then Click on Campus Personal Information
  4. Then Click on Addresses
  5. Choose Add a new address &
    fill out your local address and contact information.
  6. Then Select Physical Address
  7. Save your updates.
Don't forget to update your phone# and preferred email if it has changed.
It is important that you select the Physical Address check box after adding a new address in order for your information to be passed successfully to our office and ultimately to the Department of Homeland Security.

**Special Registration Students
If you are subject to Special Registration, please see the USCIS Special Registration Website for the AR-11SR form and other important information.

F1 OPT, J1 Scholars and all non-SEVIS reportable visas (H, TN, E, L, O, etc.)
1. Please obtain the AR 11 form from the USCIS website and submit it directly to the address on the form.
2. Please bring us a copy of the form for our records.
