Academic Advisors & Directors of Graduate Programs at NC State University:

This On-line Advisor's Form can be used by Academic Advisors, Committee Chairs, Directors of Graduate Programs to communicate necessary information to OISSS about the programs of international students. OISSS advisors rely on academic advisors for verification of academic progress, estimated completion dates, relevance of proposed off-campus employment, among other things. Please feel free to use this form to communicate with us. There is a free form text field at the end to add other types of information or to ask questions - and you are always welcome to come speak with an OISSS advisor in person if you wish (just give us a call to schedule a convenient time). We want to communicate well with you so that the international student(s) whom you advise will not only know their rights and responsibilities, but can take full advantage of their opportunities and in turn be successful in their goals and aspirations.
