Office of International Services
Suggestion, Comment, or Complaint Form

The OIS staff members are constantly looking for opportunities to improve the services and programs we offer. Your feedback - both positive and negative - is very important to us and we would love to hear from you! Please take a moment to tell us what you think. It could be a suggestion for a new program, a compliment for a staff member who went above and beyond what is expected, a mistake or problem with the OIS website or handout, or a complaint or problem that you may have experienced. You will receive a personal response to your submission from the OIS Director within 2-3 business days.

This webform is not the mechanism to inquire about a specific process or pending petition - or to ask for immigration information and advice. Please go to the OIS webpage for general immigration information or contact the OIS office for specific questions and issues.

Why do we ask for your name and contact information below? We believe everyone should be treated with respect and we want to respond to you as a person. This is why we do not read or respond to anonymous emails. We identify ourselves clearly and take ownership for what we say and do and we want to engage in dialog with others who do the same. There is an opportunity below for you to indicate if you would like us to conceal or mask your name and contact information.
