Compact Plan
Academic and support units at NC State University utilize a process called "Compact Planning" to negotiate various new initiatives within the administration. These Compact Plan initiatives, including objectives, budget allocations, and performance indicators, are a matter of public record. OIS does not currently have an approved Compact Plan, but a draft outline version will soon be available on this site. This draft Compact Plan outlines certain initiatives our office would like to undertake if there is adequate support.
