Pre-Orientation Information

I am considering changing my major.  Should I change my major before Orientation?
Orientation Sessions at NC State are college-specific (i.e. College of Engineering, College of Education, etc.). If you wish to change to a major that is outside of the college in which you are currently enrolled, you will need to get approval for this change by emailing your request to undergrad-admissions@ncsu.edu by June 1 (make sure to provide your complete name and date of birth). Once you have received official notification from the Office of Admissions that your college has changed, go to your WOLFPAW account and sign up for the Orientation session that corresponds to your new college. You cannot change your college after June 1 or during Orientation. Contact New Student Orientation at 919.515.1234 or email us at orientation@ncsu.edu with any questions.
