What Happens at Orientation?
Transfer Orientation Schedule
Check-in is from 8:00 – 8:45 a.m. in the Bragaw Activity Room, which is located in Bragaw Residence Hall. You must check in to receive your Information Packet and program schedule. After check-in, meet fellow NC State students and enjoy the morning refreshments provided by New Student Orientation.
The morning program will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the Campus Cinema, which is located in the Witherspoon Student Center. You will be introduced to the NC State academic community and support services.
Following lunch at Fountain Dining Hall, optional tours, escorts to campus offices, and meetings with your college or academic department to assist you in planning your fall schedule will take place. Plan on a 5:00 p.m. departure.
