Foreign Language Placement Test

All students who need to be placed in French, Spanish, German, or Latin may go to the Foreign Language Technology Center, which is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.  It is located on the corner of Current and Stinson Drives, near Riddick Parking Lot.  The computerized test takes 25-30 minutes and the results are available immediately.  For all other languages, or if you have questions, contact the Associate Department Head, Dr. Dudley M. Marchi, at dmm@unity.ncsu.edu.

International students who need to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) should follow the information from the Office of International Services.
