March 17, 2009 Current Version - The following revisions were made to increase clarity and ease implementation: Revised section 3.2 and 3.3 to allow academically suspended students to be readmitted on an Academic Warning instead of Academic Probation making them eligible for financial aid. Revised sections 5.2.2., 5.2.3.1 and 5.2.3.3 to provide that readmitted academically suspended students must follow an approved plan of study. Moved sections 3.2.1 through 3.2.3 from section 3.3 which applies only to academically suspended students who are close to graduation, and placed under section 3.2 which applies to all readmitted academically suspended students. Other minor revisions recommended by Undergraduate Operations Academic Council include: Removed references to the Handbook on Advising and Teaching in sections 2.4 and 6.2; changed use of "GP (Grade Point)" to "Grade Point (Quality Point)"; reiterated the 14-hour registration limit and 2.5 semester GPA for clarification in section 5.1.4; and consistency of all references to GPAs to one decimal place in sections 5.2.3.2 and 5.2.4.
