November 22, 2005 Archived Version (Effective November 22, 2005 through December 4, 2005) Revised to add "or on probation" throughout the document as an ineligible category (for funding) in addition to suspension. Reduces the maximum length of time for which a student may be eligible for financial aid. In the "Restoring Eligibility" section, language has been added to set a limit to the number of times a student may withdraw and still be able to appeal for an exception to this policy. This is a change in how the policy will be administered by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, and not a change in the eligibility requirements a student must meet.
December 5, 2005 Current Version – Non-substantive revisions approved by the Provost - Revised Sections: 2.1.1 to include that "125% of the hours required for graduation is interpreted as 160 credit hours; Section 3 to change the title to "Graduate and Professional Program Students"; and Section 4 to insert the phrase "of financial aid" between the words "reinstatement" and "based..."
