September 21, 2007 Current Version Revisions are intended to narrow the Policy's focus to relationships in which a supervisor's evaluative objectivity may be compromised (familial or amorous relationships) and to more clearly define the prohibited behavior. In addition, revisions to the Policy emphasize the possibility of disciplinary action against individuals in violation of the Policy as well as reduce the current Policy's redundancy with Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Statement (REG04.25.01).
