1. The Department of Public Safety is hereby designated the campus law enforcement
agency for North Carolina State University as described in N.C. General Statute
116-40.5 and shall have all the powers and authority described in said statute.
2. The Department of Public Safety is hereby authorized to enter into agreement
with other law enforcement agencies for the purpose of mutual assistance as
described in N.C. General Statute Section 160A-288 and Section 90-95.2 shall
have all the powers and authority described in said statute.
