January 24, 2006 Current Version– Revised to rename this regulation; adds that at Dean’s discretion may excuse a faculty member from undergoing the process if they have submitted their retirement letter or will be entering the Phased Retirement Program; add that at Dean’s discretion the promotion process may replace this Post Tenure Review; and making the frequency at least every 5 years for all tenured faculty, but departments retain the option to review tenured faculty more often if they wish.
