May 23, 2006 Archived Version (Effective May 23, 2006 through March 16, 2009) - By review of this regulation and the related REG 05.20.22 Reporting Teaching Evaluations in RPT Review and the Procedures for Obtaining and Handling Student Evaluations of Teaching Effectiveness, it was decided that this regulation should be revised to cover material in all three of these documents. The University Standing Committee on Evaluation of Teaching began this task in the 2004-2005 academic year. When this regulation is approved, REG 05.20.22 will be repealed.
March 17, 2009 Current Version This regulation has been revised to reflect the name change of the university instrument from University Evaluation of Instrument (UEI) to "ClassEval". The University Standing Committee on Evaluation of Teaching unanimously endorsed the revision in section 4.1.3.2 on 11/14/08.
