February 22, 2002 Current Version - changes to the policy made to ensure equitable opportunities for extended leave for all academic year faculty. The policy amendments provide for paid leave for faculty with academic year appointments for cases of a serious health condition, maternity leave, and parental leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
