Revised to add Section 4 to reflect a delegation to the Chancellor that is contained in a BOT resolution regarding firearms and a subdelegation from the chancellor. This edit was done under the authority granted to general counsel to make non-discretionary edits to conform with BOT policy and NCSU regulations and that edit was to update delegations and subdelegations of authority to use weapons on University properties for the purpose of controlling wildlife.
