1. INTRODUCTION:
Due to the self-support nature of the McKimmon Conference and Training Center
(MCTC) operations, a three-tiered space used fee
structure based on whether the program sponsor is a private sector business/industry,
non-profit organization/governmental agency, or a university unit is applicable.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
2.1. Each user group will be quoted an individual room rental rate from the
appropriate fee structure contingent upon the program sponsor.
2.2. The size and number of rooms are dependent upon the number of attendees
and preferred room set-up. Overall space charges correspond to total volume
of space needed by the given program.
2.3. The basic rates have a differentiated charge reflective of peak and non-peak
hours.
Peak hours are Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and non-peak
hours with reduced rental charges are from 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., Monday
through Sunday.
