August 30, 2006 (Archived Version-Effective August 30, 2006 through March 26, 2008) The Office of University Architect has revised the Facilities Modification Request REG07.25.2 and the associated form. The principle reason for the revisions is to make the regulation and form more user-friendly. Facilities Repair & Renovation was added as a reviewing organization as a result of an internal reorganization within the Facilities Division. The only substantive change is that the Provost Office was removed as one of the reviewers as requested by the provost. Instead, the Provost Office will receive a monthly report of modification requests.
March 27, 2008 (Current Version) Revised section 1.8 in accordance with revisions to N.C.G.S 143-64.34 exempting state capital improvement projects where the estimated expenditure of public money is less than $500,000 (formally $300,000). Revised title of "Facilities Resource Analyst" to "Facilities Modification Coordinator".
