November 22, 2002 (Archived Version-Effective November 22, 2002 through April 15, 2003) - Amended section 3.5 to reduce the price of the BP permit from $327 to $300 annually. This policy amendment is retroactive to August 16, 2002. 

April 16, 2003 (Archived Version-Effective April 16, 2003 through April 15, 2004) - Amended sections 1-General Provisions, 2-Two Wheel Vehicles, 3-Parking Permit, 4-Parking Regulations, 5-Enforcement, and 6-Traffic Regulations. This policy amendment will be effective August 16, 2003.

April 16, 2004 (Archived Version-Effective April 16, 2004 through April 21, 2005) – Amended to reduce cross parking, minimize the number of specific permit types, consolidate/realign zones, and to eliminate ineffectual appeals.

April 22, 2005 (Archived Version-Effective April 22, 2005 through April 27, 2006)– Revised to restructure permit costs, institute fee for visitor parking and redesignate specific parking areas for consistent alignment.

April 28, 2006 Archived Version (Effective April 28, 2006 through April 19, 2007)- Policy revised to: (1) restructure permit costs; (2) Redesignate specific parking areas for consistent alignment and; (3) Address safety and indentification issues with nonstandard forms of transportation. Amendments to the Parking and Transportation Policy will be effective August 16, 2006.

April 20, 2007 Archived Version (Effective April 20, 2007 through August 15, 2008) Policy revised to: (1) increase permit costs (2) Section 1.2.4 to reduce distribution of hard copies of the ordinance (3) Section 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 to clarify proper/improper use of skateboards, etc. (4) Added Section 3.2.1 to note specific permit types not available for employee purchase (5) Section 3.2.17 added "SC" and "G" permit type (6) Added Section 3.3a to note specific permit types not available to students (7) Section 3.3.4 to clarify permit refund policy (8) Section 3.4.1 rewritten to reflect changes to permits for service vehicles, state licensed vehicles, and departmental use permits (9) Section 3.4.3 rewritten to reflect policy changes to permits issued to non-university affiliated service providers, salesperson and for cartage (10) Section 3.5 updated to reflect 2007-08 proposed permit fees (11) Added Section 4.1.9 to note potential multiple citation issuance for overtime parking violations in pay lots or meters (12) Section 4.2.2 updated chart to reflect new permit types and valid parking zones (13) Section 4.5.2 updated meter location chart and (14) Added Section 4.11.1d requiring display of disabled vehicle permit on vehicles deemed as temporarily disabled.  

April 17, 2008 Current Version - (Effective August 16, 2008) Policy revised to redesignate specific parking areas for consistent alignment, provide improved utilization of fringe parking lots, increase emphasis on enforcement mission, and to increase parking permit prices per five-year (2007-2012) transportation financial forecast model.
