July 14, 2003 - Archived Version (Effective July 14, 2003 through November 18, 2004) - New Board standard operating guidelines aimed to
streamline Board operations and the Board's Committee schedule, and to provide
the Chair with the flexibility to ensure consistency of leadership and shared
responsibilities. Incorporated Section 4, the Board's Nominating Committee Guidelines, and therefore deleted Board of Trustee Policy 01.05.6 (Nominating Committee Guidelines).

Currently posting regularly scheduled meetings was done both on the web and by faxing notifications to media outlets. The policy change clearly identifies the web as the mechanism by which regular meetings will be posted (see revised section 2).
