These revisions update the current procedures to reflect changes previously
made by the Board of Trustees to the EPA grievance procedure. The changes
also reflect current practices regarding responsibility for compiling the
record on appeal, scheduling the hearing date, and otherwise processing
the appeal. Deletion of the description of what constitutes the record on
appeal is proposed because this is currently addressed in the EPA grievance
procedure. Addition of the Chancellor's designee permits the Chancellor
to delegate responsibility for grievance decisions. Other revisions are
for clarification and consistency. Revised Sections: 1; 1.1, 1.2, 1.3; 2.1;
