April 12, 2002 - Archived Version (Effective April 12, 2002 through December 4, 2003).

Revisions:

December 5, 2003 - Archived Version (Effective December 5, 2003 through January 20, 2004) - Revised to incorporate the Director of Libraries, the delegation for temporary stipends and how dual appointments are delegated.

January 21, 2004 - Archived Version - Revised to incorporate the Director of Libraries, the delegation for temporary stipends and how dual appointments are delegated.

November 18, 2005 - Archived Version (Effective November 18, 2005 through December 19, 2005) - Revised regulation to comply with revision to POL 05.20.1 Academic Tenure Policy which stipulates that Deans have the authority to appoint and reappoint tenure-track faculty and appoint academic department heads. These were previously delegated to the Provost.

December 20, 2005 - Archived Version (Effective December 20, 2005 through September 25, 2007)- Revised regulation to (1) Change the title to reflect the scope of the regulation to include the additional types of personnel matters; and (2) To place the delegation of authority to discontinue at will EPA professionals as section 5 and the delegation of authority to notifiy regular faculty of non-reappointment as section 6, thereby renumbering current section 5 as 7.

September 26, 2007 Archived Version (Effective September 26, 2007 through March 16, 2009) - Revised to add a new sub-section 3.3.7 delegating authority to appoint Named Professorships not endowed by the BOG.

March 17, 2009 Current Version - Revised section 4.2 to delete reference that delegated authority for salary increases of less than 15% must not being greater than 90% of the employee's immediate supervisor's salary.
