Section 6.3. (4) the section on Commercialization of NC State Owned Works addresses issues of cost recovery, production of lab manual and student handbooks (see Section 6.3); and (4) to address the role of the Special Assistant to the Provost for Copyright (see Section 6.4 and 6.5).
