July 14, 2003 Archived Version (Effective July 14, 2003 through November 18, 2004) - Proposed revisions are intended to enhance the Holladay Medal nomination process by providing the NC State community with multiple avenues for bringing forth nominations to the Board of Trustees, including nominations to the Holladay Medal Committee and directly to the Board of Trustees Academic Affairs and Personnel Committee through the Assistant Secretary to the Board. Revised Section: 5.

November 19, 2004 Archived Version (Effective November 19, 2004 through April 27, 2006) - Revised to increase the number of nominees sent to the Board of Trustees from 5 to 10 (number of awards remains 0 to 5) and to explicitly state the eligibility criteria of full-time faculty with ten years of NC State service. Revision also reformats policy into the preferred PRR style. Approved by the Deans Council on 9/9/2004.

April 28, 2006 Current Version - Policy revised to clarify that the eligibility criteria of full-time does indeed mean that retired faculty are not eligible, and to further clarify how a nomination will be handled if received in the last year before retirement.
