revisions are intended to enhance the Holladay Medal nomination process by
providing the NC State community with multiple avenues for bringing forth
nominations to the Board of Trustees, including nominations to the Holladay
Medal Committee and directly to the Board of Trustees Academic Affairs and
Personnel Committee through the Assistant Secretary to the Board. Revised
Section: 5.
