1. Each department has an appointed Telecommunications Coordinator. This
person is responsible for keeping the Communication Technologies Office
informed of any changes in their departmental listing and employee
listings. This information is then used to publish the university
telephone directory. Each employee is responsible for updating his or her
own information in the faculty/staff section for the directory on-line,
which provides the most current and accurate information possible.
2. Each department has a person that was designated by the Dean/Director/Department
Head to be responsible for updating departmental information online. Visit our

for instructions on adding/updating faculty/staff and departmental information.
3. Employees are encouraged to update their information on-line during the
year as changes occur. If you do not have access to the Internet you may
photocopy the Faculty Staff Directory Information form found in the front
of the Campus Directory and mail to the Communication Technologies Office,
Box 7217.
