12 (Copyright Procedures) has been deleted and language inserted to refer
readers to the Board of Governors recently amended policy on copyright use
and ownership and NC State's implementing administrative regulation.
April 16, 2003 Current Version - Substantive amendment made to Article 7.2, which
provides for the distribution of royalties to be set in an administrative
regulation from the Chancellor, rather than as part of the policy itself.
The other amendments were to codify in the policy the current practices of
the university as they relate to intellectual property management.
