July 1, 2008 Current Version Titled changed from Retroactive Payroll Adjustment to Payroll Redistributions. This policy is changed to clarify the 120 day rule to conform with 3.1.1 in REG 10.05.08 and be in compliance with federal regulations. This will prevent audit finding in the future. The two sentences at the end of the PRR were included to reflect our current procedures.
