Food items may be sold on campus by affiliated groups, only if the group agrees to the following conditions.

1. The primary purpose of such sales shall be to raise money for the benefit of the affiliated group or the benefit of a charitable group sponsored by the affiliated group.

2. All sales shall be conducted only by members of the affiliated group.

3. Food items such as candy, doughnuts, bakery items, and etc., may be sold at the Coliseum Tunnel, Free Expression Tunnel, the Brickyard, and Harris Field with approval only from the Department of Campus Activities. For these food items to be sold elsewhere approval must be obtained from the Department of Campus Activities and the person responsible for the requested location.

4. Food items that are generally considered to be complete meals can only be sold on Harris Field. This includes dinners of all types, sandwiches, pizza, and etc. The affiliated group need only obtain permission from the Department of Campus Activities to conduct such sales on Harris Field.

5. Nothing in the policy shall be construed to limit an affiliated group from making sales only to its group members at areas other than Harris Field.

6. Nothing in the policy shall be construed to prohibit a University school or Department from conducting its traditional, annual sales (list of scheduled sales to be forwarded to Campus Activities, 1201 Talley Student Center, Box 7306.)
