1. Affiliation Policy: Campus Recreation reserves the right to refuse recognition to any club requiring extensive funding and/or resources involving a high liability or risk factors which does not properly represent the NC State University student body. Campus Recreation also reserves the right to refuse recognition to any club that falls within the auspices of any existing club, if it is determined that an acceptable opportunity to participate has been granted by that existing club.

2. Club participants must be a current student (at least one credit hour), faculty, or staff member at NC State University.

3. Club participants are required to complete a Club Participant Waiver prior to any sport club participation.

4. Club participants in boating-related clubs (Rowing, Sailing, & Water Ski/Wakeboard) are required to complete a club specific Boating & Water Skills Verification test prior to participation in these clubs.

5. Club participants are responsible for carrying some form of health insurance.

6. Club participants are responsible for their own medical care and do not have access to University athletic trainers.

7. Club participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from any club activity. Campus Recreation and NC State University does not provide University vehicles for club use.

8. Club participants are responsible for discussing with the Student Health Service medical staff or with their family doctor any known physical problems, which may limit participation in this program.

9. Club participants should wear proper dress and appropriate protective equipment. If the club participant chooses not to use proper dress and/or protective equipment, the club participant must realize that he/she is doing so at his/her own risk.

10. Club participants are responsible for proper conditioning as a prerequisite for participation.
