1. Any team that receives 2 forfeits in any team sport will be dropped from that sport.

2. All participants must have their NC State All-Campus Card with them in order to participate in any Intramural Sports activity.

3. Faculty and staff who are employed as full-time permanent, part-time permanent, and/or hold professional rank are eligible to participate in Intramural Sports.

4. All participants must be listed on a team's roster in order to be eligible to participant. Teams must turn in a roster with the minimum number of participants to participate in any team sport. All roster additions must be by 1pm (the day of play) in the Campus Recreation Office. No roster additions will be allowed after the regular season.

5. Teams and individuals must register for each activity during the registration period in order to participate in that event.

6. All Minor Sports are double elimination tournaments. If a participant forfeits they will be dropped from competition. Participants may default a match by 1pm the day of play. Participants who default will be dropped to the losers bracket provided it is their first loss.

7. Any participant ejected from an Intramural Sports activity must schedule a meeting with the Assistant Director within 24 hours. All discipline meetings must take place in person. No participant will be reinstated until after this meeting. Minimum suspension for any ejection is one game. Further suspensions or probation will be discussed at the disciplinary meeting. Additionally, all ejected participants must leave the site, within 5 minutes, for the remainder of the game to avoid a team forfeit.

8. Teams must have an average team sportsmanship rating of 2.5 to be eligible for the playoffs. During the playoffs, winning teams must maintain a 2.5 average to advance.

9. All rules interpretation protests must take place on the field at the time of the misapplication (prior to the next play). Eligibility protests must be made in writing prior to either team participating again.
