1. AllCampus ID cards are the property of NC State University and are non-transferable. A fee will be charge for replacement.

2. AllCampus ID cards are issuesd to currently enrolled students, currently employed students, household members purchasing gym access, and to other visitors, contractors, etc by written authorization of a dean or Vice Chancellor.

3. Each year on July 1, an inactive account fee of $5.00 should be applied against the balances of those AllCampus accounts marked as inactive. If the balance is less than $5.00, the balance should be set to zero and the account should be closed.

4. Students can report lost cards via the AllCampus Office in person or by phone at 515-3090 Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. During evening and weekend hours, students may report lost cards on the University Dining website at www.ncsu.edu/dining . The account will be frozen shortly after receipt of the message. We have programmed all of the readers in University Dining locations so that students may go to any dining location that is open and report their card lost. University Dining assumes responsibility for money spent AFTER the card is reported.
